Introduction - This Web site is a companion to the "Walk More" booklet produced by Prestatyn Town Council.

18 walks providing an enjoyable way to improve your health and fitness. These walks have been chosen so they can easily fit into everyday life and become part of your normal routine.
The walks have been graded to help you choose which are the most appropriate for you. Parking is available at all locations.

You don't have to spend hours, just 30 minutes a day of brisk walking, is all it takes to feel the difference.
